Antiquity is not ordinary LVP. It is next-generation flooring built around a major manufacturing shift: 3D digitally printed wood grain with real texture you can see and feel.
Most vinyl plank depends on a flat wood image under a protective surface. Antiquity uses Engineered Floors’ PureGrain® High-Def technology to print the wood visual directly into the plank system, then aligns the texture with the grain through EIR digital embossing. That gives the floor sharper detail, better depth, and a surface that feels much closer to real wood.
The realism does not fall apart once it is installed across a room. Antiquity has 35 unique plank visuals, so you do not keep seeing the same copied board every few rows. The floor has more movement, more variation, and a more natural hardwood-style layout from wall to wall.
It is also built for homes with dogs, kids, and real daily traffic. You get waterproof protection, a high-density rigid core, attached pad, matte Evertuff Clearcoat®, and a 30-year pet-scratch warranty — the kind of toughness real hardwood usually cannot give you. The questions we get every week.
How much does new flooring cost?
Most whole-room carpet jobs run $3–$6 per square foot fully installed; LVP and LVT typically $6–$12; hardwood $10–$18. We give you a fully loaded quote in writing at the in-home consult so there are no surprises.
Do you move the furniture?
Yes. The installation crew moves standard furniture, pulls up old flooring, and hauls the debris away. We'll tell you upfront if anything (pianos, gun safes, large aquariums) needs special handling.
How long does installation take?
A typical room is one day. A whole house of carpet is usually 1–2 days. Hardwood and tile take longer because of acclimation, prep, and grout cure times — we walk through the schedule at the measure.
What's the warranty?
Manufacturer warranty on materials (varies by product, often 15–lifetime), plus our lifetime installation warranty on labor. We also include free professional cleaning with every carpet we install.
Do you charge for the in-home consult?
No. The consult, samples, and measure are free. You only pay if you decide to move forward.
