What this number actually is
A realistic starting estimate, not a fake lowball.
The range runs from our cheapest option in the category to our most premium, calculated the same way our field estimates are. It already includes the work most flooring stores bury in the fine print: laser measure, furniture moving, old floor rip-up and disposal, pad, shipping, tax, professional installation by our trusted partner crews, and (for carpet) free carpet cleaning with every carpet purchase.
Your actual written quote comes from us measuring in person. Stairs, transitions, subfloor prep, and unusual room shapes can push it up or down. That’s what the in-home estimate is for — we bring samples, measure with a laser, and you leave with a fully-loaded written estimate on paper.
